Life goes on and doesn't turn out the way Pete (Paul Rudd) and Debbie (Leslie Mann) had expected it to. This is a sorta sequel to "Knocked Up" but follows these two instead.

OMG! This movie should not exist! I'm glad that Judd Apatow is comfortable enough with himself and his marriage to show off his wife's breasts for all to see but he could have done it with a movie that was at least good. No amount of nipple would have saved this movie. I'm also a little dumbfounded by the language he teaches to his real-life kids (who play Pete/Debbie's children) in order to partake in this movie. Don't waste your time. Rent "Knocked Up" instead. Paul Rudd doesn't come off so much as a douche and at least the story line is coherent.
